Windows update cancelled xp

I recently re-formatted and re-installed XP with SP2. I was then able to get a few updates including the installer program, but now all I get is "failed" then shows that it was "cancelled". I have noticed many others with a similar problem posted here and other places, but no solutions that work for my computer. I have now performed another clean install of SP2 and installed SP3 and tried to visit Windows Update but it didn't work.

I scanned again with AV software updated and nothing was found. I installed Windows Update Agent again manually but it still didn't work. All the other computers on my network can visit Windows Update fine.
