This always fails when sending mail using telkomsa. It does not fail when using the same account via Outlook. It may not do the trick in all cases but, if you have a fixed IP address and subject to how friendly your ISP is, you may care to ask them to change it. I had the same problem. My server got it straightened out somehow.
Thanks for the suggestions. If the other user replys to me it typically comes back as HTML as well. Also, if I do the exact same steps but send from my Windows Live account instead of my Office account both setup in Outlook it seems to work fine. We also didn't see this issue when I was on another Hosted Exchange provider.
