This always fails when sending mail using telkomsa. It does not fail when using the same account via Outlook. Also, if I do the exact same steps but send from my Windows Live account instead of my Office account both setup in Outlook it seems to work fine. We also didn't see this issue when I was on another Hosted Exchange provider.
